1/2 C unsalted butter, softened
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract(I added a little more)
2 tsp lavender flowers, ground
1 1/2 cups of sifted flour
2tsp baking powder
Directions:
(Grind lavender flowers in blender
& store in a covered jar w/the
recipe so it's all ready to use
and keeps well.)
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla,
lavender flowers.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add to
butter mixture. Drop by spoonfuls of batter on
ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 minutes, just until edges are brown.
Cool and enjoy!
