Going No Shampoo (no poo method)

I have been usin' the b. soda this week and it seems to work great! I have some stuff to make my own herbal mixture to go along with it. For the last 2 years I have been using vinegar as a hair rinse. It cleans your scalp and rids it of build up from shampoo. ~Karla
